Members of the OCEAN ICE WP3 attended the Polar CORDEX meeting at the British Antarctic Survey in Cambridge. The meeting focused on regional climate modelling in the polar regions.
Marte Hofsteenge presented the evaluation of regional climate model simulations from the EU PolarRES project and Kristiina Verro showed how these outputs are being applied within OCEAN ICE to quantify freshwater fluxes from the surface mass balance of the Antarctic and Greenland ice sheet.
